Victor Bach (71) was brutally murdered on October 31, 2003 at his company, Western Plumbing & Heating Co., Inc. at 600 Treat Avenue in San Francisco, CA

The homicide remains unsolved.

Widow, Kathleen Bach, who was employed at Western Plumbing and Heating, was arrested and charged with embezzling $1.9 million. A grand jury formally indicted her August 10, 2006.   A trial is set for September 22, 2008 - FINALLY!!!!.

The Bach family has hired a private investigator who is successfully building a case to catch the murderer. There is also a wrongful death suit against Kathleen Bach. 

The family of Victor Bach has established the VB Fund account with Citibank. The fund supports a private investigator, attorneys for the wrongful death civil suit, attorneys for the Bach Trust civil suit and reward ads. The average cost per month is $5,000.; We need to continue the investigation.
